How to save your eyesight?

It can be useful to know. We strain our eyes so often nowadays :)
  1. Proper nutrition. Good food affects on the vision. Especially, useful to eat blueberries and carrots which contain the necessary vitamins for visual acuity.
  2. Multivitamins. It is also very useful for the eyes according to world statistics.
  3. Walking in the fresh air. Our eyes rest when they see the natural scenery. Fresh clean air also helps in this ^^
  4. Computer. As well as TV or phone does not reduce the sight itself but eyes strain due to frequent change of colors. Try to take breaks and do not look too close/too far in the monitor.
  5. Give up smoking. Smoking increases the intraocular pressure so if the problem of vision loss is particularly acute, it is better to get rid of this bad habit.
  6. Sunlight. As well as a bright light it is very straining the eyes. Try to avoid of their direct impact as much as possible.
  7. Recreation. Rest your eyes every hour when they are working hard for a long time. You can just close your eyes or look for something natural as the sky (not the sun), water or green :)
  8. Blood pressure. Watch out for its level as high blood pressure directly affects the eyes.
  9. Eye protection. Wear special goggles when sunny weather, swimming in the pool and when working with wood/metal/repair of house etc.
  10. Glasses and lenses. If you feel that your vision becomes a little bit worse, immediately buy glasses or lenses to further remove the load from the eye.
