How to cheer yourself up?

Happy, cats, smile, cheer











Sometimes we feel upset and really want to cheer ourselves :) Let's find out how to do it ^^
  1. View of yours old photos. Or just the things that make you remember your good past.
  2. Watch a good movie or TV show. Not only a comedy. Just high quality with a good final and sense. Video games are good too.
  3. Running. Or any other workout. It is important to work hard to get the desired effect ^^
  4. Eat chocolate. Or anything sweet and with sugar.
  5. Talking with the opposite gender. Such communication is very uplifting, especially flirting. The main thing is not shared your problems with them. Just a small talk :)
  6. Housecleaning. You want it when you are upset. Want to bring everything in order. Do it now ^^
  7. Just smile. I have not learned how it works technically yet but it works :)
  8. Good deeds. They are difficult to find something to do right now but if you have the opportunity - it is your time :)
  9. The favorite music. Find something that make you dance.
There is still a lot of ways and specific techniques. But one or two ways out of this list should be quite enough. And easy enough. Just do it now ^^
