Excitement. Set the currently incidental goals when reading. For example, note the time when you read. Note your time and try to beat it next time.
Motivation. It is important to keep in your mind how much better your life will be after studying the material or reading a book.
Mindfulness. Time - it is irreplaceable and most valuable resource in life. Reading can not be distracted by anything.
Articulation
- Hard texts, poetry, proverbs, songs and just not very important text can be useful for training to suppress articulation. It is also possible to try a foreign text.
- Articulation has a physical manifestation. You can create adverse conditions to suppress it. Put a finger to lips or read with the music.
- You can also read the text by swiping your finger where you read. It will not have enough time for pronunciation and it will disappear if you will keep the pace.
Table Schulte. It improves peripheral vision. Very important for fast reading.
Exercises for eyes
- Observe the objects from near to far and conversely.
- frequent blinking for 10-15 seconds
- Shut one's eyes tight and subsequent relaxation of the eye
Vertical reading. Read only the "top down". For training perfectly suited poem or newspaper columns.
Reading paragraphs. Each paragraph has any separate information or idea. Try to find only these keywords there.
Restoring gaps. Close recent letters on the page by anything and try to understand the text imagine what were written there.
