This problem is very popular so people often invent different "effective" diets and ways to lose weight just to make the money. I will describe the basic terms of weight loss to make it easier to understand what to believe and even realise how come up with this by yourself ^^
- Eat less? It is a common misconception. You should just eat of same quantity but of better quality :) Maximum healthy food. When you begin to starve, the body first of all get rid of muscles not of fat. Futhermore, you will give up soon anyway if you not a Shaolin monk able to fully control the body's needs.
- Cardio. When you start eating healthy food you stop the process of weight gain. To start lose it is necessary to do cardio. Here are running, cycling, sit-ups, push-ups and other natural exercises which are focusing on the breath and stamina. Not a strength training since there is required to eat a lot. Just exercises with your own weight :)
It turned out only two points butit is pretty enough for understanding how it works :) Healthy food to stabilize the situation and cardio to begin to lose the weight. Do not starve, strength training or looking for some "secret and effective" ways to lose weight.
It is very simple and does not require supernatural forces. Only patience (it will take about six months to a year) and a little willpower to not give up. Healthy food can be tasty and cardio are quite simple to do so go ahead :) Everything is possible ^^
